Email is the fastest way to reach us. We answer in under one business day, and often in under an hour.
The phone works too, but we are not always at the other end. Leave a message with your order number and we will call you back.
Online store only. The address above is our registered business address, not a shop: there is nothing to visit and no local pickup.
What you should know before you buy
Québec law requires us to tell you all of this clearly before you pay. We're glad to.
- The price you see is the price you pay. No tax is added at checkout. The hiking kit: $109.00. The duo: $189.00. In Canadian dollars.
- Shipping is free anywhere in Canada. No shipping fees are added, whatever the amount.
- No customs or brokerage fees. We only ship within Canada, so nothing of the sort can be claimed from you by a third party.
- Payment is by card at the time of the order.
- Delivery takes 12 business days, and 30 days at the most.
- Cancellation is possible for 15 days after you receive the order, and the return is at our cost.
- Sizes S, M and L are described in centimetres on each product page. The harness does not fit dogs under 10 kg.
