How long it takes
Count on 4 to 11 business days between the moment you order and the moment the box lands at your door.
Your order leaves the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. You then get a tracking number by email.
Our commitment
In Québec, a merchant must deliver within 30 days of the stated date, or you can cancel and be refunded in full (section 54.9 of the Consumer Protection Act). We hold ourselves to the same standard everywhere in Canada.
If your box passes 11 business days, write to us at contact@wooftrek.ca. We check with the carrier and keep you posted without you having to chase us.
Where we ship
Anywhere in Canada. We don't ship outside the country for now.
Online store only. There is no shop to visit and no local pickup.
