1. The seller

Online store only: no visits or pickup.
2. The products
Each product page describes the item, its dimensions, sizes and limits (for example, the harness fits dogs of 10 kg and more, and it is not a no-pull harness). Read the page before you order. Photos are accurate, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
3. Prices
Prices are in Canadian dollars. The price you see is the price you pay: no tax and no shipping fees are added at checkout.
4. Order and payment
Payment is by card when you order, on Shopify's secure platform. You get a confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; you are then refunded in full.
5. Delivery
Free shipping anywhere in Canada. Allow 12 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way. If delivery does not happen within 30 days of the stated date, you may cancel and be refunded in full (section 54.9 of Québec's Consumer Protection Act). We do not ship outside Canada.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You have 15 days after delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. The return is at our cost. The full refund is made within 15 days of the cancellation, to the same payment method. Items must be in resaleable condition; a harness tried on your dog is fine. Damaged parcel or wrong item: send us a photo and we replace or refund.
7. Warranties
Our products carry the warranties provided by Québec's Consumer Protection Act: they must be fit for their intended use for a reasonable time. These terms do not limit any of your legal rights.
8. Safe use
Check the harness fit before every outing and supervise your dog. Replace any worn or damaged gear. In Québec, a leash may be no longer than 1.85 m, and a dog of 20 kg or more must wear a harness or a head halter.
