What's in the kit?
Three pieces: a Y-harness with a back handle, a hands-free leash with waist belt (1.30 m at rest) and a 280 ml 3-in-1 bottle (water, fold-down bowl, kibble or treat compartment). The kit is $109. The duo (two complete kits, sizes of your choice) is $189.
Which size should I pick?
S: 10 to 20 kg (chest girth 52 to 70 cm). M: 20 to 30 kg (60 to 80 cm). L: 30 to 45 kg (72 to 100 cm). Between two sizes, take the larger one. The harness does not fit dogs under 10 kg.
Is it right for a dog that pulls or is reactive?
The kit is made for walking and hiking with a calm dog. It is not a no-pull harness, and the leash has a bungee section. For a reactive dog or a strong puller, ask a canine behaviour professional for advice.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free anywhere in Canada. Allow 12 business days. You get a tracking number by email. We don't ship outside Canada for now.
Are there taxes to pay?
No. The price you see is the final price, with no tax or fees added at checkout.
Can I return the kit?
Yes. You have 15 days after delivery to change your mind, and the return is at our cost. You are refunded in full within 15 days. Details: Cancellation and refunds.
